Can I return a product?

You can return any unwanted items within 14 days from the day you received your order. Returned products should be unused, in their original condition with all labels still attached. We are entitled to refuse the return or deduct from a refund any diminution of value because of the product not being in a 100% saleable condition.

Can I exchange a product with another?

Of course, you can exchange a product with another one if the new product is readily available. You just need to follow first the process of returning the product as described in our return policy.

What is the process of returning a product?

  1. Contact our customer service department to send you the returns form that you need to include in the return package
  2. Fill in the returns form stating the reason of your return as well as what you want to do next, for example if you want a different color / size, a different product, etc
  3. Send the returned products along with returns form & the original invoice receipt by using a shipping method of your choice. We strongly advise to add tracking option to your shipment
  4. As soon as we receive your return and depending on your wishes & product availability we will either ship your new order or contact you for further clarifications

What happens if the item I want to exchange has a different value than that of my original purchase?

If the newly selected item has a higher value than the returned one, you will use your credit voucher and pay up only for the difference in pricing.

If the newly selected item has a lower value than the returned one, and depending on your original payment method, there are the following cases:
• If you paid by credit/debit card or PayPal, we will refund you the full amount of your retuned items and you will pay for the full price of your newly selected item like you would normally do in any new purchase
• If you paid by bank transfer or cash on delivery, we will refund you the difference between your returned item & new order to your bank account. You will need to contact us via email and give us your bank account details. Please note that we will not be held accountable for any bank charges this may impose

Are there any exceptions to the items I can return?

Underwear, swimwear and tailor-made products cannot be returned whereas gift vouchers are not refundable.
